Shipping policy

Processing

Forever Chasin takes up to (but is not limited to) 24 to 72 hours to process your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Each order is subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. If there is a problem with your order within the allocated processing time you will be contacted through the email and/or phone that is provided through your shipping information.

Shipping

Please allow 3-5 days for shipping.  We ship through USPS and UPS and we ship domestically only. You will be notified if we notice any issues with your order through the shipping process. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street number, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. After Forever Chasin ships your order it is out of our control. If you are experiencing any delays (more than 8 days at the latest) email, text, or dm us to resolve the issue (you must provide proof of your order). Forever Chasin is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.

Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at foreverchasinapparel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive any defective or damaged items you have 7 days after you receive the item to request a return before the item is not returnable. If you receive the wrong item you have 30 days after you receive the item to request a return before the item is not returnable.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and damaged items (item must be in the same condition that you received it). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
